Trustee ceasing to object on some grounds
(1) If at any time before a bankrupt is discharged the trustee ceases to object to the discharge on a particular ground, the trustee must give the Official Receiver a notice specifying the ground and give the bankrupt a copy of the notice. (3) If there is no longer an objection on any ground, the objection ceases to have effect at the beginning of the last day when details of a notice under subsection (1) are entered in the National Personal Insolvency Index. (4) If one or more grounds of objection remain, the objection continues to have effect on the remaining ground or grounds.
