The Inspector‑General may, by legislative instrument, formulate guidelines for the purposes of the following provisions: (a) subsection 186C(6); (b) subsection 186K(7); (c) subsection 186L(7). Note: For consultation requirements, see section 17 of the Legislation Act 2003.
