Trustee to give Official Receiver information etc.
(1) The trustee of the estate of a bankrupt must give the Official Receiver such information, access to and facilities for inspecting the bankrupt’s books and generally such assistance as is necessary for enabling the Official Receiver to perform his or her duties. (2) This section does not apply to the Official Trustee.
