Applications to Court
Where in respect of any matter this Act provides that: (a) an application may be made to the Court; or (b) the Court or the Registrar may exercise a power; and does not specify the person by whom the application may be made or the person on whose application the power may be exercised, as the case may be, the application may be made by, or the power may be exercised on the application of, any person aggrieved by or interested in that matter.
