Creditor’s petition against partnership
(1) A creditor of a partnership may present a petition against the partnership if he or she is entitled to present a petition against any one of the members of the partnership in respect of a partnership debt. (2) A creditor who is entitled to present a petition against a partnership may present a petition against any of the members of the partnership without including the others.
