Review of decisions of Registrar
(1) Application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a reviewable decision. (2) In subsection (1): decision has the same meaning as in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024. reviewable decision means a decision of the Registrar under this Part, other than: (a) a decision to provisionally or finally register a conference agreement; or (b) a decision as to the form of a register.
