Notice of withdrawals and dismissals

If, under this Subdivision:

(a) an applicant withdraws an application for review; or

(b) the Tribunal dismisses an application;

the Tribunal must give the Commission and each participant in the proceedings for review notice of the withdrawal or dismissal.
