Inspector must be in possession of search warrant
If a search warrant is being executed in relation to premises, an inspector executing the warrant must be in possession of: (a) the warrant issued under section 135Z or a copy of that warrant; or (b) the form of warrant completed under subsection 136(7), or a copy of that form.
