Access
(1) A reference in this Part to access, in relation to a declared service, is a reference to access by a service provider in order that the service provider can provide carriage services and/or content services. (2) For the purposes of this Part, anything done by a carrier or carriage service provider in fulfilment of a standard access obligation is taken to be an aspect of access to a declared service. (3) For the purposes of this Part, if an access determination imposes a requirement on a carrier or carriage service provider as mentioned in paragraph 152BC(3)(e), anything done by the carrier or provider in fulfilment of the requirement is taken to be an aspect of access to a declared service.
