Explanatory material relating to anti‑discrimination provisions

The Commission must:

(a) as soon as practicable after the commencement of this section, publish on its website explanatory material relating to the following provisions:

(i) section 152AXC;

(ii) section 152AXD;

(iii) subsections 152BCB(4A) to (4C);

(iv) subsections 152BDA(4A) to (4C); and

(b) keep that statement up‑to‑date.
