Enforcement of contracting orders
(1) This section applies if the Treasurer has made a contracting order in respect of a body corporate. (2) If the Commission considers that the body corporate has failed to comply with the contracting order, the Commission may apply to the Court for an order under subsection (3). (3) If the Court is satisfied that the body corporate has failed to comply with the contracting order, the Court may make all or any of the following orders: (a) an order directing the body corporate to comply with the contracting order; (b) if the period or periods specified in the contracting order (in accordance with paragraph 153X(3)(d)) have already passed—an order directing the body corporate to comply with the contracting order, within a new period, or new periods, specified in the order; (c) any other order that the Court considers appropriate.
