Section 180 — Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)

Definitions

In this Division:

amended Act means this Act as amended by the amending Act.

amending Act means the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Competition Policy Review) Act 2017.

commencement time means the commencement of Schedule 1 to the amending Act.
