Meaning of business day
For the purposes of this Part, a business day is a day that is not: (a) a Saturday; or (b) a Sunday; or (c) a public holiday in the Australian Capital Territory; or (d) a day occurring between: (i) 23 December in any year; and (ii) the following 10 January.
