Notification waiver applications
(1) A person may apply to the Commission for a determination that an acquisition is not required to be notified. (2) The application must be made in accordance with any requirements determined under subsection (3). (3) For the purposes of subsection (2), the Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine requirements for making a notification waiver application. (4) Without limiting subsection (3), the requirements may include the payment of a fee. (5) If the application is made in accordance with subsection (2), it is a notification waiver application in relation to the acquisition.
