Section 53ZY — Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)

Certain provisions of this Act do not limit other provisions

(1) A provision to which subsection (3) applies does not limit the gas market provisions.

(2) The gas market provisions do not limit a provision to which subsection (3) applies.

(3) This subsection applies to:

(a) Part IIIAA; and

(b) Part IIIA; and

(c) Part IVB; and

(d) Part V; and

(e) Part VIIA; and

(f) Part XICA.
