Application of Division
This Division applies to: (a) acts and omissions within this jurisdiction in relation to Division 3 financial products (regardless of where the issuer of the products is formed, resides or located and of where the issuer carries on business); and (b) acts and omissions outside this jurisdiction (and whether in Australia or not) in relation to Division 3 financial products issued by: (i) a person who carries on business in this jurisdiction; or (ii) a body corporate that is formed in this jurisdiction.
