Meaning of procure
(1) For the purposes of this Division, but without limiting the meaning that the expression procure has apart from this section, if a person incites, induces, or encourages an act or omission by another person, the first‑mentioned person is taken to procure the act or omission by the other person. (2) Subsection (1) does not limit the application in relation to provisions in this Division of: (a) section 6 of the Crimes Act 1914; or (b) section 11.1, 11.2, 11.2A, 11.4 or 11.5 of the Criminal Code.
