Meaning of retail CCIV and wholesale CCIV

(1) A CCIV is a retail CCIV if:

(a) the CCIV satisfies the retail CCIV test in section 1222K; or

(b) the CCIV is notified as a retail CCIV (see section 1222L).

(2) A CCIV that is not a retail CCIV is a wholesale CCIV.
