Authorised reductions—share redemptions

A CCIV may reduce its share capital if:

(a) the reduction is involved in the redemption of a redeemable share or a redeemable preference share; and

(b) the redemption complies with section 1230F; and

(c) for a retail CCIV—the redemption also complies with section 1230G.
