Section 1299A — Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Application for registration as authorised audit company

(1) A company may apply to ASIC for registration as an authorised audit company.

(2) An application under this section:

(a) must contain such information as is prescribed in the regulations; and

(b) must be in the prescribed form.
