Section 1699 — Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Definitions

(1) In this Part:

amending Part means Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (2023 Measures No. 1) Act 2023.

(2) An expression used in this Part that is also used in Part 7.6 has the same meaning as in that Part.
