Giving ASIC information about a listed disclosing entity
(1) If a market licensee makes information about a listed disclosing entity available to participants in the market (whether or not the licensee also makes the information available to anyone else), the licensee must give ASIC the same information as soon as practicable. Note: Failure to comply with this subsection is an offence (see subsection 1311(1)). (2) However, the licensee is not required to give ASIC any information of a kind that is excluded by the regulations. (3) ASIC may require the information to be given in a particular form.
