The losses to be covered—other matters to be taken into account

(1) In considering whether the arrangements are adequate, ASIC must also have regard to:

(a) the services provided by the market and by the participants in the market; and

(b) any risk assessment report in relation to the market given to ASIC under section 892K.

(2) ASIC may take into account such other matters as ASIC thinks appropriate.
