Publishing details of suspensions or cancellations of licences

(1) If ASIC takes action to:

(a) suspend, or vary or revoke a suspension of, a benchmark administrator licence; or

(b) cancel a benchmark administrator licence;

ASIC must publish a notice to that effect.

(2) The notice must state when the action took effect.
