Removal of auditors
The licensee: (a) must remove an auditor of the licensee from office if the auditor becomes ineligible to act as auditor of the licensee; and (b) may, with ASIC’s consent, remove an auditor of the licensee from office. Note: Failure to comply with paragraph (a) is an offence (see subsection 1311(1)).
