It is presumed, unless the contrary is proved, that a document purporting to have been printed by authority of an Australian Parliament, a House of an Australian Parliament, a committee of such a House or a committee of an Australian Parliament: (a) is what it purports to be; and (b) was published on the day on which it purports to have been published. Note 2: Section 5 extends the application of this section to proceedings in all Australian courts.
