Contravening a protected action ballot order etc.
(1) A person must not contravene: (a) a term of a protected action ballot order; or (b) a term of an order made by the FWC in relation to a protected action ballot order or a protected action ballot. Note: This subsection is a civil remedy provision (see Part 4‑1). (2) A person must not contravene a direction given by the FWC, or a protected action ballot agent, in relation to a protected action ballot order or a protected action ballot. Note: This subsection is a civil remedy provision (see Part 4‑1). (3) However, an order cannot be made under Division 2 of Part 4‑1 in relation to a contravention (or alleged contravention) of subsection (1) or (2) by the Australian Electoral Commission.
