Regulations
The regulations may provide for the following matters: (b) the procedures to be followed in relation to the conduct of a protected action ballot; (c) the form and content of the ballot paper for a protected action ballot; (d) the qualifications, appointment, powers and duties of scrutineers for a protected action ballot; (e) the preparation of reports under subsection 458(2) or (3); (f) the records that the protected action ballot agent must keep in relation to a protected action ballot and how those records are to be kept.
