Terms that may be included in a minimum standards order
(1) A minimum standards order may include terms about any of the following matters: (a) payment terms; (b) deductions; (d) record‑keeping in relation to matters covered by or required by this Act, or by an order or instrument made under this Act, being matters that concern regulated workers or regulated businesses; (e) insurance; (f) consultation; (g) representation; (h) delegates’ rights; (i) cost recovery. (2) The matters listed in subsection (1) do not limit the terms that may be included in a minimum standards order.
