Finalising draft order
(1) The FWC may make any changes it thinks appropriate to a draft employee‑like worker minimum standards order as proposed to be varied. (2) If changes proposed to be made under subsection (1) are significant, the FWC must: (a) decide not to vary the employee‑like worker minimum standards order based on the draft; and (b) publish a subsequent notice of intent under paragraph 536KQW(1)(a) in relation to the revised draft employee‑like worker minimum standards order, and publish the revised draft; and (c) follow the process set out in section 536KQX in relation to the revised draft employee‑like worker minimum standards order (with the period of consultation under that section to be a period that the FWC is satisfied is reasonable having regard to the unique nature of digital platform work).
