Annual report
(1) The President must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, prepare a report on the operations of the FWC during that year. Note 1: See also section 34C of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, which contains extra rules about annual reports. Note 2: The report prepared by the General Manager and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 may be included in the report prepared under this section. Section 329D of the Registered Organisations Act sets out additional requirements for the General Manager’s report. (1A) A report prepared after the end of a financial year must be given to the Minister by 15 October in the next financial year for presentation to the Parliament. (2) To avoid doubt, subsection (1) does not require or authorise the disclosure of information for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988.
