Awards made in arbitration may be registered in court
(1) If a party to an award made in family law arbitration applies to: (a) for family law arbitration ordered under subsection 13E(1)—the court that ordered the arbitration; or (b) for other family law arbitration—a court that has jurisdiction under this Act; the court may register the award. (2) An award registered under subsection (1) has effect as if it were a decree made by that court.
