Debtor subject to a personal insolvency agreement
For the purposes of this Act, if: (a) a person who is a debtor (within the meaning of Part X of the Bankruptcy Act 1966) executes a personal insolvency agreement; and (b) the agreement has not ended (within the meaning of the Bankruptcy Act 1966); the person is a debtor subject to the personal insolvency agreement.
