Section 90AA — Family Law Act 1975 (Cth)

Object of this Part

The object of this Part is to allow the court, in relation to the property of a party to a marriage, to:

(a) make an order under section 79 or 114; or

(b) grant an injunction under section 114;

that is directed to, or alters the rights, liabilities or property interests of a third party.
