This Division ceases to apply in relation to a de facto relationship if the parties marry each other
(1) This Division (other than subsections 90SJ(2) to (5)) ceases to apply in relation to a de facto relationship if the parties to the de facto relationship later marry each other. (2) Despite subsection (1), a declaration, order or injunction: (a) made in property settlement proceedings under this Division in relation to the de facto relationship; and (b) in force when the parties marry each other; may, after the marriage, be enforced, varied or set aside in accordance with this Act. (3) If a declaration, order or injunction is set aside as described in subsection (2), another declaration, order or injunction may be made under this Division in substitution for that declaration, order or injunction.
