Meaning of in force
(1) A financial agreement is in force at any time when it is binding on the parties in accordance with section 90G. (1A) A Part VIIIAB financial agreement is in force at any time when it is binding on the parties in accordance with section 90UJ. (2) A superannuation agreement is in force at any time when the relevant financial agreement, or relevant Part VIIIAB financial agreement, is in force. (3) A flag lifting agreement is in force if, and only if: (a) it meets the requirements set out in subsection 90XN(3); and (b) it has not been set aside by a court and has not been terminated.
