Occupier to provide authorised officer with facilities and assistance
(1) The occupier of premises to which a search warrant relates, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, must provide: (a) an authorised officer executing the warrant; and (b) any person assisting the authorised officer; with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers, and the effective performance of their functions and duties. Offence (2) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is subject to subsection (1); and (b) the person fails to comply with that subsection. Penalty for contravention of this subsection: 30 penalty units.
