Section 54G — Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW)

Hindering or obstructing NSW Trustee and Guardian

(1) A person must not hinder or obstruct the NSW Trustee and Guardian in the performance of the NSW Trustee and Guardian’s obligations under a damages supervision order.
(2) In this section—
NSW Trustee and Guardian includes members of staff and agents of the NSW Trustee and Guardian.
