Effect of registration of strata management statement on building management statement
(1) A registered building management statement for a building ceases to have effect on the registration of a strata management statement, or on it being taken to be a registered strata management statement, in accordance with Part 6 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015. (2) Subsection (1) does not prejudice or affect any obligation that was incurred by a person, or any right that accrued to a person, under the registered building management statement while it was in force.
