Section 200 — Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW)

Vacation of entries

(1) Any registration under this Act may be vacated pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court.
(2) The Registrar-General may upon the filing with the Registrar-General of an application in the approved form vacate any registration under this Act.
