Implied conditions in contracts for sale of land
(1) Every contract made after the commencement of this Act for the sale of land shall be deemed to be made subject to the conditions of sale set out in the Third Schedule, subject, nevertheless, to any other condition or provision contained in the contract expressly or by necessary implication modifying or excluding any of them. (2) This section applies to land under the provisions of the Real Property Act 1900.
