Option to contain certain terms, conditions and warranties
(1) A vendor under an option shall be deemed to have included in the option such terms, conditions and warranties as may be prescribed. (2) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the remedies and relief available to a purchaser under an option and the penalties which may be incurred by a vendor under such an option— (a) for any failure or refusal to comply with any of the provisions of the regulations made for the purposes of this section, and (b) for any breach of a term, condition or warranty deemed to be included in the option under this section. (3) The regulations may adopt, with or without modification, regulations made for the purposes of section 52A.
