Other easements and restrictions appurtenant to easements
(1) Another easement, or the benefit of a restriction on the use of land, may be made appurtenant or annexed to an easement. (2) The power conferred by this section is taken always to have existed. (3) This section applies, and is taken always to have applied, to land under the provisions of the Real Property Act 1900.
