Section 154D — Crimes Act 1900 (NSW)

Stealing firearms

(1) A person who steals a firearm is liable to imprisonment for 14 years.
(2) In this section—
firearm has the same meaning as in the Firearms Act 1996, and includes an imitation firearm within the meaning of that Act.
