Application of Subdivision
(1) This Subdivision applies to offences, or attempts to commit offences, against sections 61I, 61J, 61JA, 61KC, 61KD, 61KE and 61KF. (2) This Subdivision sets out— (a) the circumstances in which a person consents or does not consent to a sexual activity, and (b) the circumstances in which a person knows or is taken to know that another person does not consent to a sexual activity.
