Definitions
In this Division— criminal proceeding has the same meaning as criminal proceedings has in Division 2 of Part 5 of Chapter 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986. principal protected confider has the same meaning as it has in Division 2 of Part 5 of Chapter 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986. protected confidence has the same meaning as it has in Division 2 of Part 5 of Chapter 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986. sexual assault offence has the same meaning as it has in Division 2 of Part 5 of Chapter 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986.
