Consultation with insurance and legal stakeholders on Guidelines

(cf ss 68 and 69 MACA)
The Authority may consult the following about any proposed Motor Accident Guidelines—
(a) Insurance Council of Australia Limited,
(b) licensed insurers,
(c) Council of the Bar Association,
(d) Council of the Law Society,
(e) the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales.
