Section 2.27 — Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017 (NSW)

Nominal Defendant

(cf s 32 MACA)
(1) The Authority is, for the purposes of this Act, the Nominal Defendant.
(2) Any action or proceeding by or against the Nominal Defendant is to be taken in the name of the “Nominal Defendant”.
