Nominal Defendant
(cf s 32 MACA) (1) The Authority is, for the purposes of this Act, the Nominal Defendant. (2) Any action or proceeding by or against the Nominal Defendant is to be taken in the name of the “Nominal Defendant”. Note. See section 1.10A for the application of this Division to statutory benefits.
