Evidentiary certificate of cost of work
In proceedings before the Tribunal— (a) a landlord under a social housing tenancy agreement may submit a certificate certifying as to the cost of work undertaken by the landlord on or in connection with the social housing premises, and (b) the Tribunal must accept the certificate as conclusive proof of the reasonable cost of the work.
