Kinds of payments that tenant may be required to pay for residential tenancy agreement
A person must not require or receive from a tenant any payment for or in relation to renewing, extending or continuing a residential tenancy agreement, other than the following— (a) rent, (b) a rental bond, (c) any other amounts or fees prescribed by the regulations. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
